By installing or using the Sparrow Sprint application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.
The App is a free, ad-free 2D bird-racing arcade game. You fly a sparrow through a side-scrolling course, steer around obstacles, collect stars, and race rival birds to the finish line. The App runs natively on Android phones, tablets, and Android Automotive OS head units. It does not require an account or any internet connection. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions.
Soundica grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and to the terms of the store you obtained it from (Google Play and Google Play Cars: Google Play's Terms of Service; the Appning by FORVIA store: the FORVIA distribution terms). Soundica retains all intellectual-property rights in the App itself (the code, UI, assets, and brand).
The game code, UI, and course design are original works. Bird and obstacle artwork is adapted from licensed vector illustrations; the bundled typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License; music and sound effects are synthesized inside the App. There are no third-party SDKs, no licensed assets, and no user-generated content. Audio is synthesized on the fly inside the App rather than streamed.

The App is provided on an "as-is" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time. The App does not require an internet connection, so there is no backend availability promise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In some jurisdictions (notably under EU consumer-protection law and India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019), certain statutory rights cannot be excluded; those rights are unaffected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soundica's total liability arising out of or relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it (which is zero). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages.
When used in an Android Automotive OS or Android Auto environment, the App pauses gameplay automatically while the vehicle is in motion and shows a clear "Park to play" screen. Driver Distraction Optimization is built in, not bolted on. The App also pauses on incoming calls, Bluetooth call interruptions, and when the system grants audio focus to a navigation prompt. You remain responsible for driving safely and complying with all road rules; do not interact with the head unit when doing so would be unsafe or illegal in your jurisdiction.
You agree to indemnify and hold Soundica harmless from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Soundica may suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice. The licence in Section 3 terminates automatically on uninstall or discontinuation.
Soundica may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected in an updated "Effective" date at the top. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise. If you are an Indian consumer, you may rely on mandatory provisions of the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019; if you are an EU consumer, mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence apply. Disputes may be brought in the courts of Singapore, without prejudice to any mandatory right you have to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
